Сахарный диабет и артериальная гипертензия

Аннотация

Многочисленными исследованиями показано, что сахарный диабет и артериальная гипертензия схожим образом ассоциированы с увеличением сердечно-сосудистой смертности. Наличие обоих заболеваний повышает риск смерти в 2 раза. При этом в 80% случаев сахарный диабет сопровождается артериальной гипертензией [1, 2]. В основе тесной взаимосвязи этих заболеваний лежит единство патогенетических звеньев, в частности инсулинорезистентности и гиперсимпатикотонии.
