Аннотация

В обзоре представлены основные положения новых рекомендаций Европейских сообществ по управлению дислипидемиями (ДЛП). Сделан акцент на экономическую составляющую профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ), выделены четыре группы пациентов с уровнями риска от очень высокого до низкого, обозначены целевые значения липидов крови и значимость конкретных липидов и липопротеидов для определения риска, анализа типа ДЛП и целей гиполипидемической терапии. В обзоре рассмотрены показания для назначения статинов и комбинированной гиполипидемической терапии.
