ПИРИТИОН ЦИНКА В КОМПЛЕКСНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ АТОПИЧЕСКОГО ДЕРМАТИТА: ПАТОГЕНЕТИЧЕСКОЕ ОБОСНОВАНИЕ И РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЙ

Аннотация

Обзор посвящен патогенетическому обоснованию применения препарата активированного пиритиона цинка при атопическом дерматите. Подробно рассматриваются основные механизмы формирования патологического процесса при атопическом дерматите: наследственная предрасположенность, нарушения барьерной функции кожи и иммунологическая дисфункция, приводящие к развитию и поддержанию хронического воспаления. Обсуждается роль ионов цинка в патогенезе атопического дерматита. Детально анализируются результаты основных клинических исследований применения препарата активированного пиритиона цинка при атопическом дерматите, его положительного влияния на такие симптомы, как зуд, кожные проявления, микробиом кожи и тяжесть течения заболевания.
