Антикоагулянты в акушерстве

Аннотация

Венозные тромбоэмболические осложнения (ВТЭО) (в абсолютных цифрах) развиваются во время беременности относительно редко – с частотой примерно 0,06% или 0,5–2,2 на 1000 родов [1–3]. Несмотря на это, ВТЭО являются одной из ведущих причин материнской смертности (при этом условно-предотвратимой). Считают, что риск ВТЭО во время беременности резко увеличивается – примерно в 3–10 раз [4] по сравнению с риском у небеременных женщин, причем многие из женщин не имеют ВТЭО до беременности. В послеродовом периоде риск ВТЭО, по данным некоторых авторов [5, 6], возрастает в 15–35 раз по сравнению с таковым у небеременных женщин соответствующего возраста и сохраняется повышенным в течение 3–6 мес. послеродового периода.
