Возможности применения бемипарина в профилактике и лечении тромбозов в онкологии

Аннотация

Онкологические больные подвержены высокому риску тромботических осложнений, которые ухудшают исходы противоопухолевого лечения и занимают одно из лидирующих мест среди причин смерти. Низкомолекулярные гепарины являются основными препаратами в профилактике и лечении тромботических осложнений у онкологических больных. Цибор (бемипарин) – низкомолекулярный гепарин второго поколения, имеет наименьшую молекулярную массу (3600 Дальтон), увеличенный до 5,3 ч период полужизни и самую высокую активность в отношении Xа-фактора (8:1). В клинических исследованиях бемипарин продемонстрировал высокую эффективность и безопасность в профилактике и лечении тромбоэмболических осложнений.
