Глобальные проблемы витамин-D-статуса: причины, патогенетические механизмы, лечение, меры профилактики

Аннотация

Существует необходимость улучшения статуса витамина D. Витамин D не только влияет на процессы формирования костномышечной системы, но и активно участвует во многих внекостных эффектах холекальциферола. Современные публикации указывают на ряд положительных эффектов витамина D для людей всех возрастов. Современный препарат витамина D3 – Детримакс – рекомендован в качестве биологически активной добавки к пище (таблетированная форма, содержащая 1000 МЕ витамина D3 (холекальциферола)) и соответствует наиболее частой суточной потребности в витамине D3. Профилактика дефицита витамина D должна быть приоритетным направлением деятельности в политике здравоохранения.
