Эффективная терапия атопического дерматита у детей, осложненного вторичной инфекцией

Аннотация
Атопический дерматит (АтД) принадлежит к числу хронических рецидивирующих заболеваний. Одним из наиболее частых осложнений АтД у детей является присоединение вторичной бактериальной инфекции, которая играет существенную роль в патогенезе АтД и выступает значимым фактором утяжеления его течения. Именно рецидивирующая бактериальная инфекция зачастую становится причиной формирования рефрактерного к стандартной терапии АтД. Своевременное эффективное этиотропное лечение бактериальных осложнений препаратом банеоцин служит залогом достижения ремиссии АтД у детей.
