Аллергический ринит: современная оценка медико-социальных аспектов и способов лечения интраназальные кортикостероиды в лечении ринитов

Аннотация

В статье представлены вопросы эпидемиологии, патогенеза и лечения аллергического ринита. Рассмотрены различные виды неаллергического ринита, взаимосвязь аллергического ринита и полипозного риносинусита, эозинофильного неаллергического ринита, медикаментозного ринита. Подробно рассмотрена ведущая роль топических глюкокортикостероидов в терапии ринита, в том числе неаллергического.
