Взгляд педиатра на лечение атопического дерматита с применением метилпреднизолона

Аннотация
Статья посвящена современному представлению об этиопатогенезе атопического дерматита у детей, на основании чего, с точки зрения врача-педиатра, принимается решение об эффективных современных лечебно-профилактических мероприятиях. Должное внимание отводится описанию высокоэффективных топических глюкокортикостероидов, позволяющих в короткие сроки достичь контроля над заболеванием. Среди всех топических кортикостероидов метилпреднизолона ацепонат 0,1%-ного местный глюкокортикостероид применяется у детей с 4 месяцев и имеет оптимальный безопасный терапевтический индекс, что продемонстрировано в рандомизированных исследованиях. В статье отражены принципы ведения больных детей с атопическим дерматитом, учитывающие широкий спектр коморбидных состояний и заболеваний.
