Назначать или не назначать интраназальные глюкокортикостероиды при острых риносинуситах?

Аннотация

Международными и российскими стандартами оказания медицинской помощи интраназальные глюкокортикостероиды (ИнГКС) включены в схему лечения больных с острыми риносинуситами (ОРС). При легких формах заболевания эти препараты рекомендуются в виде монотерапии, при неосложненных ОРС средней и тяжелой степени - в комбинации с системными антибиотиками. Такой подход обусловлен тем, что в большинстве случаев ОРС имеет вирусную, а не бактериальную этиологию. Автор приводит анализ значительного количества исследований, подтверждающих эффективность ИнГКС при ОРС как мощных противовоспалительных препаратов, а также их безопасность. Подчеркивается, что из всех препаратов этой группы только для Назонекса в перечень зарегистрированных показаний включен ОРС без признаков тяжелой бактериальной инфекции.
