Роль клопидогрела во вторичной профилактике ишемического инсульта

Аннотация
В статье обсуждается роль антиагрегантной терапии в профилактике атеротромботического инсульта. Приведены данные крупных рандомизированных исследований по сравнению эффективности клопидогрела и препаратов ацетилсалициловой кислоты в снижении риска инсульта.
