Гипотиреоз: современные принципы диагностики и лечения

Аннотация
Гипотиреоз является одним из наиболее распространенных эндокринных заболеваний. В статье представлены сведения о распространенности, этиологии, клинической картине гипотиреоза. Обсуждаются принципы диагностики дефицита тиреоидных гормонов и заместительной терапии левотироксином. Также рассматриваются факторы, влияющие на качество компенсации гипотиреоза, и основные причины декомпенсации заболевания.
