Вторичная профилактика ишемического инсульта. Рекомендации Американской кардиологической ассоциации и Американской ассоциации инсульта 2014 года

Аннотация
Профилактика ишемического инсульта (ИИ) представляет одну из актуальных проблем медицины, особенно в нашей стране, где отмечается высокая частота заболеваемости ИИ и смертности от него. Представлен обзор литературы по вторичной профилактике ИИ -- профилактике ИИ у больных, перенесших ИИ или транзиторную ишемическую атаку. Изложены новые рекомендации по вторичной профилактике ИИ, предложенные Американской кардиологической ассоциацией и Американской ассоциацией инсульта в 2014 г. Внедрение в клиническую практику современных методов вторичной профилактики ИИ позволит существенно снизить заболеваемость ИИ и смертность от него в нашей стране.
