Критерии оценки эффективности лечения остеопороза

Аннотация

В настоящее время существует целый ряд эффективных препаратов для лечения остеопороза, которые увеличивают минеральную плотность костной ткани и уменьшают риск переломов. Однако пока среди ученых нет единого мнения по оптимальному методу оценки ответа на лечение остеопоротическими препаратами. Известно, что основная цель лечения остеопороза заключается в предотвращении развития переломов костей. Но на практике у конкретного пациента далеко не всегда удается избежать переломов даже при использовании современных лекарственных препаратов.
