Сравнительная эффективность и безопасность применения препаратов кларитромицина при лечении бактериального синусита

Аннотация
Патология полости носа и околоносовых пазух воспалительного характера является одной из самых актуальных в современной оториноларингологии. Среди пациентов, находящихся на стационарном лечении в оториноларингологических отделениях, воспалительные заболевания околоносовых пазух составляют до 36%. Современные макролиды (прежде всего кларитромицин и азитромицин) относятся к числу наиболее часто применяемых в амбулаторной практике антибиотиков. Возрождение интереса к макролидным антибиотикам было обусловлено возросшим клиническим значением в инфекционной патологии внутриклеточных патогенов, в отношении которых макролиды демонстрировали беспрецедентную активность.
