Терапия среднетяжелого бляшечного псориаза

Аннотация
Терапия псориаза является актуальной проблемой в современной медицине. На сегодняшний день достигнут большой прогресс в области генно-инженерной биологической терапии (ГИБТ) псориатической болезни. Новая парадигма лечения стала возможной благодаря постоянному углублению знаний патофизиологии заболевания. ГИБТ представляет собой усовершенствованную схему лечения, в которой целенаправленная иммуномодуляция привела к значительному повышению безопасности и эффективности биологических агентов. Понимание ключевой роли интерлейкина-23 (ИЛ-23) в патогенезе псориаза привело к разработке новых препаратов. Рисанкизумаб – это гуманизированное моноклональное антитело, иммуноглобулин класса G1, специфически нацеленное на ингибирование цитокина ИЛ-23 за счет связывания с его субъединицей p19. Эффективность и безопасность препарата были доказаны как результатами клинических исследований, так и исследований реальной клинической практики. В статье приведены ключевые данные возможности применения препарата рисанкизумаб, а также описан клинический опыт ведения пациента с псориазом и отягощенным коморбидным фоном. В настоящее время известно, что существенной проблемой ведения пациентов, получающих ГИБТ, является наличие коморбидных заболеваний, отмечены сложность достижения оптимального контроля лечения, снижение ответа на терапию и повышение рисков нежелательных явлений. Представленное клиническое наблюдение подтверждает эффективность и безопасность назначения терапии препаратом рисанкизумаб у пациентов с псориазом и сопутствующими заболеваниями. Таким образом, рисанкизумаб представляет собой перспективный препарат для лечения среднетяжелых и тяжелых форм псориаза, его применение может значительно улучшить качество жизни пациентов, страдающих от данного заболевания.
