Аллергический ринит с точки зрения доказательной медицины

Аннотация

Аллергический ринит – одно из наиболее распространенных хронических заболеваний, которым страдает от 20 до 30% взрослого населения и до 40% детей [8, 19]. В последние десятилетия отмечен повсеместный рост заболеваемости аллергическим ринитом. У 9% населения Европы и 8,8–16% жителей США имеется данная патология [1, 4]. Зачастую аллергический ринит ассоциирован с коморбидными состояниями, такими как астма, синусит, средний отит, что усугубляет клиническую симптоматику [20, 24]. Заболевание сопровождается симптомами различной степени выраженности, способными оказывать серьезное влияние на качество жизни, повседневную активность, производительность труда даже в тех случаях, когда лечение достаточно эффективно [3, 14]. Основными критериями в постановке диагноза аллергического ринита являются анамнез и клинические проявления, положительные кожные тесты или обнаружение в сыворотке крови специфических антител к аллергенам.
