Уровни витаминов антиоксидантов (А, Е, С) и цинка у пациентов с сахарным диабетом и возможности их применения в качестве адъювантной терапии

Аннотация

Сахарный диабет характеризуется нарушениями практически всех видов метаболизма. При этом заболевании отмечаются выраженные изменения не только углеводного обмена, но и нарушения метаболизма жиров, белков, микронутриентов. Микронутриентный дефицит при сахарном диабете обусловлен несколькими основными причинами: наличием диетических ограничений, нарушениями обменных процессов, снижением усвоения микронутриентов в желудочно-кишечном тракте. В отечественных клинических рекомендациях и алгоритмах вопросы дефицита микронутриентов и их коррекции освещены весьма скромно. Вместе с тем витамины и микроэлементы играют важную роль в метаболизме глюкозы, поэтому понимание влияния дефицита витаминов и минералов и потенциальной пользы их приема имеет важное значение для профилактики и/или лечения сахарного диабета. Нами проведен поиск в информационных базах PubMed и Scopus публикаций, посвященных изучению уровня витаминов А, С, Е и цинка у больных сахарным диабетом и возможного их применения в качестве адъювантной терапии заболевания, включавший источники до 25.04.2025 г. Приведенный обзор свидетельствует о снижении уровней витаминов-антиоксидантов (А, Е, С) и цинка у больных сахарным диабетом. Наличие микронутриентного дефицита у больных сахарным диабетом препятствует контролю гликемии и является одним из факторов, способствующим развитию осложнений заболевания и коморбидной патологии, прежде всего сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Выявление микронутриентного дефицита и его коррекция будут оказывать позитивное влияние на профилактику и лечение сахарного диабета и способствовать повышению качества медицинской помощи населению при сахарном диабете.
