Влияние персонализированной реабилитации на восстановление моторной функции руки у взрослых после инсульта (на примере клинических случаев)

Аннотация
В статье представлены четыре клинических наблюдения пациентов, проходивших в течение 14 дней комплекс персонализированных реабилитационных мероприятий. Все пациенты предъявляли жалобы на слабость в верхней конечности и боль при движении в плечевом суставе. Первому пациенту проводились различные методы физической реабилитации, что позволило расширить двигательный режим: в плечевом суставе угол сгибания увеличился с 100° до 110°, угол отведения – с 90° до 100°; показатели по шкале Фугл-Майера повысились: для руки – с 11 до 14 баллов, для ноги – с 15 до 19 баллов. У второго пациента при проведении физической реабилитации в сочетании с кинезиотейпированием и приемом миорелаксанта отмечено уменьшение болевого синдрома в правом плечевом суставе по визуальной аналоговой шкале (ВАШ) с 7 до 5 баллов; угол сгибания увеличился с 100° до 110°, угол отведения – с 80° до 90°; показатели по шкале Фугл-Майера повысились: для руки – с 7 до 8 баллов, для ноги – с 2 до 27 баллов. У третьего пациента при проведении физической реабилитации в сочетании с ботулинотерапией наблюдалось уменьшение болевого синдрома в левом плечевом суставе по ВАШ с 8–9 до 4 баллов, увеличение угла сгибания с 60° до 90°, угла отведения – с 30° до 45°, увеличение балла по шкале Фугл-Майера для ноги с 8 до 9 баллов. У четвертого пациента сочетание физической реабилитации, инъекций ботулотоксина и кинезиотейпинга уменьшило боль в левом плечевом суставе по шкале ВАШ с 5 до 3 баллов; угол сгибания увеличился с 90° до 100°, угол отведения – с 70° до 75°; балл по шкале Фугл-Майера для ноги повысился с 12 до 13 баллов. По окончании реабилитационного курса у всех пациентов были достигнуты поставленные цели.
