Коморбидность заболеваний пародонта и болезни Альцгеймера

Аннотация
Заболевания пародонта относятся к числу наиболее распространенных заболеваний человека. В начале XXI в. сформировалась концепция «пародонтальной медицины», рассматривающая взаимосвязи патологии пародонта с другими заболеваниями организма. Сегодня с патологией пародонта связано более 50 различных системных заболеваний. Болезнь Альцгеймера является наиболее распространенной формой первичных дегенеративных деменций позднего возраста. К 2050 г. в мире число случаев достигнет уровня 140 млн. Анатомическая близость полости рта и головного мозга предполагает наличие связи между заболеваниями пародонта и патологией ЦНС. Авторы провели поиск источников в информационной базе Pubmed, опубликованных до 19.10.2025, в которых рассматривалась взаимосвязь патологии пародонта и болезни Альцгеймера. Было найдено 630 публикаций. В настоящем исследовании авторы проанализировали 121 публикацию из 423 источников, опубликованных за последние 5 лет. Полученные в ходе анализа данные свидетельствуют о связи болезни Альцгеймера с заболеваниями пародонта, наличии эпидемиологических и генетических параллелей, патогенетических взаимосвязях, подтвержденных клиническими и экспериментальными исследованиями. Porphyromonas gingivalis, посредством множества факторов вирулентности, выступает в качестве ключевого патогена при болезни Альцгеймера и пародонтите. Выполненный анализ исследований, проведенных учеными за последние 5 лет, позволяет сделать вывод о важности междисциплинарных подходов в понимании системных последствий заболеваний пародонта и их потенциального влияния на здоровье мозга. Взаимосвязь заболеваний пародонта и болезни Альцгеймера позволяет рассматривать здоровье полости рта как важный фактор в профилактике и в лечении болезни Альцгеймера.
