Комбинированная терапия боли в спине витаминами группы B и нестероидными противовоспалительными средствами

В статье освещаются подходы к лечению боли в спине. Представлены данные доказательной медицины относительно эффективности нестероидных противовоспалительных средств и витаминов группы В при ноцицептивной и невропатической боли.
