Состояние после холецистэктомии: взгляд гастроэнтеролога

Аннотация

Холецистэктомия - одно из наиболее часто выполняемых хирургических вмешательств в России и мире. Жалобы на боли и диспепсию возникают как минимум у половины пациентов, перенесших такую операцию. Постхолецистэктомический синдром (ПХЭС) - полиэтиологический синдром, за которым могут стоять функциональные и органические причины. Около половины случаев боли и диспепсии после холецистэктомии связаны с органическими заболеваниями (стриктура дистального отдела холедоха, рак поджелудочной железы и желудка, острый панкреатит и др.). Остальные случаи обусловлены функциональными причинами, включая дисфункцию сфинктера Одди и функциональные нарушения моторики кишечника.
