Трехкомпонентная антигипертензивная терапия. Перспективы применения

Аннотация
Широкая распространенность артериальной гипертонии (АГ) – до 40% всей популяции (а среди пожилых пациентов выше 50%) – делает ее одной из самых важных проблем современной медицины. В докладе Всемирной организации здравоохранения АГ названа первой причиной смертности во всем мире [3]. Определяющее значение в улучшении прогноза по ССО у больных АГ принадлежит снижению повышенного артериального давления и достижению его целевого уровня.
