Клопидогрел – историческая и современная основа антиагрегантной терапии ОКС

Аннотация
Современные антитромботические препараты обладают быстрым и выраженным ингибирующим действием на агрегацию тромбоцитов в сравнении с клопидогрелом. Тикагрелор, прасугрел или клопидогрел могут быть использованы при лечении пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом. Однако клопидогрел по-прежнему остается препаратом выбора у пациентов с острым коронарным синдром, подвергшихся чрескожному коронарному вмешательству с предшествующим тромболизисом, или у пациентов, одновременно получающих антикоагулянты.
