РОЛЬ КОНТРАЦЕПЦИИ В УЛУЧШЕНИИ КАЧЕСТВА ЖИЗНИ ЖЕНЩИН, СВЯЗАННОГО С ПМС И ДРУГИМИ НАРУШЕНИЯМИ МЕНСТРУАЛЬНОГО ЦИКЛА

Цель – оценить качество жизни (КЖ) женщин с предменструальным синдромом (ПМС) средней и тяжелой степени в сочетании с другими проявлениями нарушений менструального цикла при использовании комбинированного орального контрацептива, содержащего 20 мкг этинилэстрадиола  (ЭЭ) и 3 мг дроспиренона (ДРСП) по схеме 24/4.

Материал и  методы. Проведено  одноцентровое  проспективное когортное  нерандомизированное неконтролируемое исследование. На основании скрининга 360 женщин отобрано 27 пациенток с ПМС средней и тяжелой формы. Контрольную группу составили 18 женщин без ПМС. Диагностика ПМС проводилась на основе стандартизированных критериев МКБ-10, психологическое состояние оценивалось по госпитальной шкале тревоги и депрессии HADS, индекс КЖ – по короткой форме опросника SF-36. Оценка выполнялась дважды – перед началом лечения и через 3 месяца.

Результаты. Оценка КЖ показала, что по сравнению с исходными параметрами они достоверно улучшились после 3 мес. лечения по шкалам, оценивающим BP (физическая боль: 56,0 ± 28,9 против 76,2 ± 18,9, р = 0,020), RE (роль эмоциональных проблем в ограничении жизнедеятельности: 57,8  ± 21,3  против 77,9  ± 18,3, р = 0,040), SF (социальная активность: 42,5  ± 13,5  против 72,5  ± 12,8, р = 0,050)  и MH (психическое здоровье: 62,0  ± 7,3 против 72,0  ± 6,3, р = 0,048). 88,4% испытуемых выразили высокую удовлетворенность  результатами лечения.
