МЕХАНИЧЕСКИЕ СПОСОБЫ ТРОМБОПРОФИЛАКТИКИ И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ ВЕНОЗНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТИ: АКЦЕНТ – КОМПРЕССИОННАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ

Аннотация

В представленном обзоре рассмотрены современное состояние и исторические аспекты использования компрессионного лечения для проведения профилактики тромбоэмболических осложнений и лечения симптомов хронической венозной недостаточности, связанных с хроническими заболеваниями вен. Обсуждаются патогенетические аспекты терапии градуированной компрессией, основы использования аппаратных механических средств профилактики и лечения, основы воздействия этих методов на состояние венозного возврата, движения тканевой жидкости. Акцентируется внимание на  доказательствах эффективности компрессионного лечения.
