Новые оральные антикоагулянты и коронарная безопасность: есть ли проблема?

Аннотация

В аналитическом обзоре представлены сведения о частоте развития инфаркта миокарда при использовании прямых оральных антикоагулянтов в рандомизированных клинических исследованиях и двух наблюдательных когортных исследованиях FDA, опубликованных в 2012 и 2017 гг. Отмечена большая частота инфарктов при применении прямого ингибитора тромбина дабигатрана по сравнению с варфарином. Блокатор Хa-фактора ривароксабан имеет наиболее убедительные доказательства коронарной безопасности.
