Antibacterial treatment of patients with acute infection of the upper respiratory tract

Abstract

Infections of the upper respiratory tract are widespread in the modern world. Treatment of these diseases is performed by both otolaryngologists and general practitioners. Сompetent diagnostics and proper selection of antibacterial therapy is the key to successful treatment of patients with pathology of ENT organs. Medicine of the third generation group of cephalosporins (Pancef®) currently are well represented on the market. They have proven to be an effective therapy of the pathogenic microflora.
