Аннотация

Приведено описание клинического наблюдения успешной терапии ибрутинибом рецидива хронического лимфолейкоза, отягощенного аутоиммунными осложнениями. Обсуждаются причины возникновения аутоиммунных осложнений ХЛЛ, их влияние на прогноз заболевания, а также тактика ведения подобных пациентов.
