Транзиторные ишемические атаки: их значимость в прогрессировании цереброваскулярных заболеваний и актуальные вопросы медицинской реабилитации

Аннотация

В статье рассмотрены аспекты клинического определения транзиторной ишемической атаки (ТИА), приведен анализ данных факторов риска инсульта после ТИА и их этиопатогенетической взаимосвязи. Обсуждаются вопросы особенности ведения пациентов с высоким риском развития инсульта после ТИА. Освещены вопросы междисциплинарного и мультидисциплинарного подхода к проведению медицинской реабилитации (МР) пациентов с ТИА. Представлены результаты собственных исследований эффективности программы МР у 351 пациента с ТИА с включением нейроцитопротекторов (холина альфосцерат, Церепро).

Результаты и заключение. Патогенетически обоснованным является включение в программы МР пациентов с ТИА препаратов с нейроцитопротекторным эффектом. Показана высокая эффективность холина альфосцерата (Церепро) в виде улучшения когнитивных функций, уменьшения выраженности эмоциональных расстройств и снижения числа случаев повторного острого цереброваскулярного события.
