Подходы к лекарственной терапии больных ХОБЛ стабильного течения: предлагаемый алгоритм лечения

Аннотация

Хроническая болезнь легких является одной из основных причин смертности в мире. Одной из наиболее актуальных задач, которые необходимо решить для улучшения качества ведения пациентов с данной патологией, является разработка алгоритмов ведения больных, которые могут применяться не только узкими специалистами, но и врачами общей практики и терапевтами. В статье авторы представляют клинический алгоритм медикаментозной терапии больных ХОБЛ стабильного течения, который позволит назначать терапию большинству пациентов в соответствии с современными рекомендациями в условиях реальной клинической практики.
