Аннотация

В обзоре рассматриваются нарушения, лежащие в основе возникновения маточных кровотечений, клинически проявляющихся обильными менструациями, сочетающихся с дисменореей, и изменения ЦНС. Ключевым патогенетическим звеном кровотечений, ассоциированных с дисфункцией эндометрия, является воспаление. Гормональное лечение, оказывающее комплексное влияние на эти взаимосвязанные механизмы, демонстрирует высокую эффективность, позволяет сохранить матку и является терапией первого выбора.
