Посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство у больных раком яичников

Аннотация

Наибольший удельный вес в заболеваемости женщин в РФ онкологическими заболеваниями имеют опухоли репродуктивной системы - 36,7%. Рак яичников занимает первое место по смертности среди онкогинекологических заболеваний. Диагностика и лечение злокачественного новообразования вызывают травматизацию психики и способны стать причиной заболевания - посттравматического стрессового расстройства (ПТСР). По данным различных исследований, заболеваемость ПТСР среди онкологических пациентов варьирует от 3% (на ранних стадиях) до 45% у пациентов после лечения и до 80% при рецидивах заболевания.
