Antihistaminic therapy of allergic rhinitis

Abstract
1st and 2nd generation antihistamines today remain an integral part of comprehensive treatment of allergic rhinitis. The wide spectrum of the drugs and their specific benefits are taken into account when the choice is made by the doctor based on patient age and the peculiar clinical situation.
