Применение воспроизведенных форм клопидогрела в лечении пациентов с острым коронарным синдромом: все ли вопросы решены?

Аннотация
Эффективная помощь при остром коронарном синдроме (ОКС) важна для снижения смертности от сердечно-сосудистых причин, снижения смертности и инвалидизации пациентов трудоспособного возраста, а также связанных с ними экономических потерь. Ключевым аспектом лечения больных с ОКС является проведение эффективной антиагрегантной терапии, особенно у пациентов групп высокого риска и пациентов после чрескожных вмешательств. На сегодняшний день клопидогрел остается одним из наиболее широко используемых препаратов в лечении данной группы пациентов. Применение воспроизведенных форм клопидогрела в клинической практике достаточно распространено. В то же время имеются методические трудности оценки эквивалентности оригинальной и воспроизведенных форм из-за особенностей фармакокинетики и фармакодинамики клопидогрела. Имеющиеся на сегодняшний день данные оставляют неопределенность в прогнозировании результатов применения воспроизведенных форм препарата у пациентов с ОКС.
