Проблема выбора антикоагулянта для профилактики инсульта у больных с фибрилляцией предсердий

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены данные литературы о проблеме тромбоэмболических осложнений при неклапанной фибрилляции предсердий, об особенностях антикоагулянтной терапии при данной патологии и трудностях, возникающих при выборе препарата для профилактики инсульта.
