Колоректальный рак с мутацией BRAF – новый подход к терапии
Аннотация
В России, как и во всем мире, постоянно растет заболеваемость рака толстой и прямой кишки (колоректального рака) – одного из наиболее часто диагностируемых злокачественных новообразований с высоким риском метастазирования и летального исхода. В стране, несмотря на успехи в диагностике этого заболевания на более ранних стадиях, за последние 10 лет отмечается постоянный рост числа пациентов с раком кишечника на 2% и каждый год регистрируется около 75 000 новых случаев. Более 90% пациентов – люди старше 50 лет, но в последние годы отмечается неуклонный рост заболеваемости у более молодых пациентов. Особенно агрессивно колоректальный рак (КРР) протекает при наличии мутаций в гене BRAF.
