Экзосомы в эстетической медицине и дерматологии: обзор и опыт клинического применения

Аннотация

Экзосомы представляют собой микроскопические частицы, секретируемые различными клетками растений и животных, в том числе человека. В их составе имеются ценные биологически активные вещества, такие как белки, липиды, нуклеиновые кислоты и метаболиты, благодаря которым они могут оказывать положительное воздействие на различные структуры и ткани. В области эстетической медицины и дерматологии экзосомы привлекли к себе внимание благодаря своей способности усиливать синтез коллагена, устранять воспаление и улучшать защиту кожи от внешних неблагоприятных факторов. К настоящему времени накоплен достаточно большой опыт применения продуктов с экзосомами в лечении кожных заболеваний, таких как розацеа, акне, нарушения пигментации, алопеция, а также для устранения косметических дефектов и омоложения кожи. При практическом применении экзосом важно понимание происхождения конкретного продукта, включая производителя и используемые им стандарты производства и анализа, что связано с отсутствием международной стандартизации в этой области. Для достижения максимальной эффективности применения экзосом необходимо следовать официальным инструкциям. В условиях отсутствия унифицированных протоколов применения особую значимость приобретает изучение и анализ практического опыта специалистов в данной сфере. В статье представлены фундаментальные характеристики экзосом, рассмотрены методы их получения и анализа в промышленном масштабе, а также описано текущее состояние их применения в клинической практике. Помимо этого, представлен опыт применения экзосомальной терапии в дерматологии и эстетической медицине.
