All articles submitted to the journal will be reviewed. Reviewers work with the article confidentially, strictly observe the author's right to non-disclosure of information contained in the article before publication.

A sample referral letter is available here

The author should sent the article  personal account on the website of the journal “Medical Council”  www.med-sovet.pro, attaching scanned copies of the cover letter and the first page of the article to be signed by all authors in * .pdf format.
