Аортальное давление: современные представления о клиническом и прогностическом значении его показателей

Аннотация

Снижение сердечно-сосудистой заболеваемости и смертности не всегда может быть объяснено только с позиции антигипертензивного эффекта режимов терапии. Снижение систолического артериального давления под воздействием антигипертензивных препаратов может различаться в центральных и периферических сегментах сосудистого русла, и эти различия обусловлены преимущественно разной патофизиологией центрального и периферического артериального давления. В данном обзоре рассматриваются современные представления об особенностях патофизиологии, методах диагностики, эффектах медикаментозного воздействия на центральное артериальное давление, анализируется клиническое и прогностическое значение центрального артериального давления, а также перспективы его оценки.
