Болевой синдром в ревматологии

Аннотация
В статье представлены разновидности болевых синдромов при ревматических заболеваниях - остеоартрозе и подагре. Описаны наиболее распространенные и социально значимые клинические варианты остеоартроза - гонартроз и коксартроз, освещены подходы к терапии болевого синдрома при указанной патологии. Подробно освещен алгоритм ведения больного с подагрой. Рассмотрены основные медикаментозные подходы к лечению болевого синдрома при ревматических заболеваниях.
