Вопросы патогенеза и лечения постинсультной спастичности

Аннотация
Постинсультная спастичность в значительной степени ограничивает двигательные возможности пациентов, затрудняет уход за больными, способствует формированию болевых синдромов. В статье приведены современные представления о патогенезе церебральной спастичности, обсуждаются основные лечебно-реабилитационные мероприятия. Подробно рассматривается возможность использования ботулинического токсина типа А для коррекции повышенного мышечного тонуса у пациентов, перенесших инсульт.
