ТЕРАПИЯ АЛЛЕРГОДЕРМАТОЗОВ С ПРИМЕНЕНИЕМ КОМБИНИРОВАННОГО НАРУЖНОГО СРЕДСТВА

Аннотация
При аллергодерматозах нарушение кожного барьера, увеличение трансэпидермальной потери воды, изменение рН ведут к снижению защитных механизмов кожи, вследствие чего отмечается повышенная восприимчивость кожи к инфекциям. Развитие осложнений предопределило интерес к совершенствованию наружной терапии. В статье представлен краткий обзор литературных данных о высокой терапевтической активности и хорошей переносимости топического средства Тридерм. При сравнении с оригинальным препаратом у дженериков выявлены отличия в структурно-механических свойствах, что влияет на показатели биодоступности. Собственное сравнение терапевтической эффективности и переносимости показало, что Тридерм более эффективен, а по переносимости сопоставим с Акридермом ГК.
