Достижения и риски применения фолатов вне и во время беременности

Аннотация

90% популяции имеет дефицит фолатов, который связан как с недостаточным потреблением фолатсо-держащих пищевых продуктов, так и с нарушением функции ферментов фолатного цикла. Вследствие высокой распространенности среди населения генетических полиморфизмов ферментов фолатного цикла патогенетически обоснованным является применение поливитаминно-минерального комплекса, содержащего фолаты в биологически активной форме.
