The role of combination drugs in etiopathogenetic pharmacotherapy of acute respiratory viral infections

Abstract
The article considers current issues of the pathogenesis of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI); there is current data on the advantages and disadvantages of the main groups of drugs used in the pharmacotherapy of ARVI. The composition and principles of choice of combination drugs, their pharmacological effects are demonstrated. The role of combination drugs with antiviral, angioprotective and antioxidant action is highlighted.
