Abstract
The review presents data on the effectiveness of lipid profile correction with maximum doses of statins, primarily atorvastatin, and lipoprotein apheresis. The results of large-scale studies and meta-analyses evaluating the use of statins before and after coronary artery bypass surgery and stenting to reduce the risk of both early and late cardiovascular complications, and the need for revascularization of the myocardium, were analyzed. Lipid apheresis in patients with coronary artery disease who underwent coronary stenting or bypass surgery, and with hypercholesterolemia refractory to lipotropic therapy, is associated with reduced risk of in-stent restenosis, as well as destruction of bypass. Therefore, this method can be recommended to be used in patients with refractory hyperlipidemia undergoing myocardial revascularization.

Abstract
The relevance of hypothyroidism in clinical practice of doctor of any specialty causes no doubt. Hypothyroidism is one of the most frequent diseases of the endocrine system. According to some epidemiological studies, in specific population groups the prevalence of subclinical hypothyroidism reaches 1012% [6, 13, 16]. The last decade saw a number of new papers devoted to the problem of hypothyroidism, which transformed our idea of the entire thyroid pathology. This is primarily conditioned by the introduction of new thyroid hormone medications into clinical practice Indeed, for the patient, against a background of hardly a burdensome intake of drugs, hypothyroidism, in fact, ceases to be a disease and turns into a way of life with virtually no special restrictions. In the modern world hypothyroidism is no longer considered to be a complication of surgical treatment for Graves' disease (diffuse toxic goiter) and I therapy131, but became their goal. At the same time, hypothyroidism remains the only irrefutable and vital indication for prescribing thyroid hormones.

Abstract
Inflammatory diseases occupy leading positions in the list of gynaecological pathology. Inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs (PID) recorded in 60-65% of women of reproductive age have a very negative impact on the female reproductive function, and cause chronic pelvic pain syndrome in 24% cases, infertility in 40%, miscarriage in 45%, and ectopic pregnancy in 3% of cases [1-3, 5, 7-9, 12, 13, 15-17, 20, 23]. Among inflammatory diseases in gynecology, endometritis and cervicitis account for about 70-80% of cases; however, the asymptomatic nature of the majority of endometritis and cervicitis cases (chronicity of the inflammatory process) and the fact of their being diagnosed only at routine gynecological exams, lead us to suggest that their incidence is much higher [4, 6, 10, 11, 14, 18, 19, 21, 22].

The ways of improvement of the myocardial perfusion and its systolic function in patients with CAD with various cellular technologies has been studied for over 10 years. There is evidence that fibroblasts and their growth factors play a key role in promoting pathological proliferative processes in endothelial and smooth muscle cells of vascular walls in hyperglycemia.

Abstract
The recent progress in clinical microbiology and molecular genetics of microorganisms has greatly expanded our knowledge about the spectrum of opportunistic pathogens. This fact objectively justifies the results of clinical observations on the relationship between opportunistic infections of the vagina and adverse pregnancy outcomes for mother and fetus [1, 7]. However, rational etiotropic treatment of vaginal infections during pregnancy continues to be a challenge. Till present, the question of using antibacterial agents in pregnant women remains controversial [9]. Russian guidelines on the treatment of bacterial vaginosis and Candida vaginitis during pregnancy mainly recommend local therapy, preferably in the II and III trimester. Foreign guidelines focus on systemic effect as early as during the I trimester, while local therapy is optional.
