Профилактика пороков развития

Аннотация

Повреждение центральной нервной системы у плода является одной из важных тем в современной медицине, т. к. относится к тяжелым врожденным заболеваниям с неблагоприятным прогнозом, сопровождающимся гибелью плода и новорожденного или тяжелой инвалидизацией. Применение фолиевой кислоты или поливитаминов в периконцептуальный период относится к эффективным способам первичной профилактики пороков развития нервной трубки.
